Dear readers, get ready to be enchanted by the romantic journey of Benedict and Sophie in Season 4 of Netflix’s “Bridgerton.”
The streaming giant has announced both the release schedule and the teaser trailer for the acclaimed series, which will be split into two installments. The initial four episodes will premiere on January 29, 2026, followed by the second batch of four episodes on February 26, 2026.
According to Netflix’s synopsis for the upcoming season, “In ‘Bridgerton’, attention shifts to Benedict, the artistic second son. While his brothers have recently found happiness in marriage, Benedict is hesitant to commit — until a mysterious Lady in Silver catches his eye during his mother’s grand masquerade ball.”
The new season features Luke Thompson reprising his role as Benedict Bridgerton, alongside Yerin Ha portraying Sophie Baek, Jonathan Bailey as Anthony Bridgerton, Victor Alli as Lord John Stirling, Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury, Julie Andrews as the iconic Lady Whistledown, Lorraine Ashbourne as Mrs. Varley, Masali Baduza as Michaela Stirling, Nicola Coughlan as Penelope Bridgerton, and Hannah Dodd as Francesca Stirling.
Other notable cast members include Daniel Francis as Lord Marcus Anderson, Ruth Gemmell as Violet Bridgerton, Florence Hunt as Hyacinth Bridgerton, Martins Imhangbe as Will Mondrich, Claudia Jessie as Eloise Bridgerton, Luke Newton as Colin Bridgerton, Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte, Will Tilston as Gregory Bridgerton, Polly Walker as Portia Featherington, Emma Naomi as Alice Mondrich, and Hugh Sachs as Brimsley.
This fourth season represents a pivotal moment in Netflix’s adaptation of the “Bridgerton” franchise, now halfway through its journey. Adapted from Julia Quinn’s beloved romance novels centered on the eight siblings of the Bridgerton family, Netflix has plans to bring all eight stories to life. It was previously announced that the streaming platform has greenlit Seasons 5 and 6 as well.
Fans are still eager to witness the romances of the remaining Bridgerton siblings: Eloise Bridgerton (Claudia Jessie), Francesca (Hannah Dodd), Gregory (Will Tilston), and Hyacinth (Florence Hunt).
