Long-Term Restraining Orders in Place …
Alleged Stalker Must Stay 100 Yards Away

Kaia Gerber and Cindy Crawford can now breathe a little easier as the courts have granted them long-term restraining orders against an alleged stalker.
A judge signed off on their requests Friday, ordering Daniel Lee Schoonover to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards away from the celebrities, their residences, workplaces, and vehicles.
Schoonover, who did not appear at the hearing, was also instructed to surrender a firearm he allegedly possesses within 24 hours.
Crawford’s restraining order includes her husband, Rande Gerber, as an additional protected individual. The restraining orders for Kaia and Cindy are valid until October 7, 2028.
Earlier in October, Crawford filed a restraining order against Schoonover, alleging that he had been loitering outside her residence and even attended her daughter’s theater performance in Massachusetts.
Crawford stated that Schoonover had knocked on her door inquiring about Kaia’s presence at the house but left upon being informed she wasn’t there. Despite an emergency protective order, Schoonover reportedly continued to make troubling and sexually explicit remarks.
