Scarborough Urges Full Release of Epstein Trove Files to Avoid Cover-Up Allegations
Joe Scarborough has issued a warning that releasing only selective files from the Epstein trove could lead to more outrage from Democrats. The MSNBC host emphasized the importance of transparency and urged for the full disclosure of all relevant documents.
During a recent telecast, Scarborough emphasized the need for complete transparency in releasing the Epstein files. He cautioned against any attempts to selectively release information, stating that a cover-up would be worse than the crime itself.
“Release everything. And Mika (Brzezinski), if there’s… if the Justice Department tries to release it selectively, cover-up, worse than the crime. Cover-up worse than the crime,” Scarborough emphasized.
The MSNBC host stressed that releasing only certain files would only prolong the crisis for the White House and intensify public scrutiny. He urged for the Biden administration to release all relevant information to avoid accusations of a cover-up.
“If you’re too clever by half and you try to cherry-pick it, that only keeps this crisis going for the White House and actually makes it even more intense. So, release everything,” Scarborough stated.
“If you’re just saying the Biden administration didn’t release it for four years, so why should the Trump administration release it for four years? Well, if that was a problem, now you release it,” he added.
