Pete Hegseth Under Fire for Alleged War Crimes
According to Daily Mail, Pete Hegseth, a controversial figure accused of war crimes, is facing backlash from senior civilian and military advisers. The attacks in question have resulted in the deaths of over 80 individuals in the Caribbean and Eastern Pacific regions.
During a recent meeting, the 45-year-old reportedly lashed out at one adviser, calling them a derogatory term, and dismissed another adviser who raised legal concerns about the attacks. Despite these reports, the Pentagon has defended Hegseth, with chief spokesman Sean Parnell emphasizing Hegseth’s willingness to listen to recommendations and trust his team.
Hegseth’s involvement in a “double tap” strike, which resulted in the deaths of two survivors clinging to wreckage in the Caribbean, has sparked intense criticism. While it has been alleged that Hegseth ordered the killing of all individuals on the boat, he has denied these accusations.
