Cooper DeJean‘s brother, Beckett, reportedly registered a BAC of .142 during his arrest for operating while intoxicated, according to police.
TMZ Sports has obtained Beckett DeJean’s arrest affidavit, where officers stated that the former South Dakota defensive back showed signs of impaired driving before being pulled over.
During the vehicle search, officers found a case of beer in the backseat, to which DeJean admitted consuming alcohol.
DeJean failed field sobriety tests at the Ida County Sheriff’s Office and was subsequently arrested.
His blood alcohol content was measured at .142, above the legal limit of .08, using a DataMaster device.
Additionally, DeJean displayed bloodshot eyes, alcohol odor, and balance issues during the arrest.
The DeJean family faced a tough weekend as Cooper’s Philadelphia Eagles suffered a loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
