Brittany Furlan has taken legal action against Ronnie Radke, accusing him of being “unhinged and obsessed” with her. Furlan filed for a temporary restraining order against the Falling In Reverse frontman, claiming that he has been harassing her online since their “secret relationship” ended last year.
In court documents obtained by TMZ, Furlan revealed that she was in communication with Radke on Snapchat during a difficult period in her marriage to Tommy Lee. The two exchanged explicit photos and videos and made plans to meet up. Despite Radke’s claims that Furlan was talking to a catfish, she insists that their interactions were genuine and could not have been fabricated due to the explicit nature of the content.
Furlan alleges that Radke urged her to leave Tommy for him and arranged a meeting in May. However, she claims that Radke stood her up at his former address and then proceeded to humiliate and manipulate her. Furlan informed Tommy of the incident, leading to a confrontation between Tommy and Radke online.
Radke allegedly began harassing Furlan on social media, even going as far as to include a body double in a music video to mock her. Furlan states that Radke left cruel comments on her Instagram from a burner account, which she believes was operated by Radke himself.
Despite Furlan’s efforts to ignore Radke’s taunts, the situation escalated when he posted videos on Instagram accusing her of lying and intending for his fans to attack her. In response, Furlan sought a restraining order against Radke, labeling his own request as “frivolous.”
In addition to the legal battle, Furlan reported Radke’s harassment to Instagram, resulting in his account being disabled. She describes Radke as “unhinged and obsessed” and simply wants to be left alone to live in peace. Furlan is seeking a court order for Radke to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, and her car.
Despite reaching out to Radke for comment, there has been no response from him thus far. The case remains unresolved as the judge has yet to rule on Furlan’s request for protection.
