Mark Anderson, the man who attempted to break Luigi Mangione out of jail with a pizza cutter, has a history of erratic behavior. According to his former employer, Cosimo Tiso, Anderson was fired from Louie and Ernie’s Pizza in Throgs Neck last spring and has since been involved in numerous lawsuits against Tiso.

One incident involved Anderson wielding a BB gun outside the pizzeria, banging on the window and pretending to shoot at a security camera. Despite the alarming nature of the incident, it was later revealed that the gun was not real, and Anderson was arrested on Christmas Day. Following this incident, Anderson filed a lawsuit against Tiso, accusing him of forcing him to work long hours without overtime pay and demanding $12.5 million in damages.

In addition to his legal troubles with Tiso, Anderson has also filed frivolous lawsuits against the Pentagon, as well as the ambassadors to China and Russia. All of these lawsuits have been dismissed. Tiso, who is also Anderson’s landlord, expressed shock at Anderson’s behavior, stating that they had a good relationship before things took a turn for the worse.

The situation escalated when Anderson attempted to free Mangione from jail by posing as an FBI agent and claiming to have a court order. He was caught with a BBQ fork and a pizza cutter-like blade in his possession, leading to his arrest and subsequent detention without bail. Anderson’s lawyer, Michael Weil, argued that he was mentally ill and requested that he be sent to a hospital for treatment.

Tiso, still reeling from the events, expressed disbelief at Anderson’s actions and questioned how he could have come up with such a plan. Anderson’s bizarre behavior has left those who know him puzzled and concerned about his mental state. As the case unfolds, it remains to be seen what consequences Anderson will face for his actions.
