Florida Airbnb Host Arrested for Indecent Exposure and Disturbing Act
Recently, a shocking incident unfolded at the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, Florida involving a Florida Airbnb host, Kevin Dale Westerhold. Westerhold has been accused of engaging in indecent exposure and a disturbing act with a vacuum cleaner while naked at the resort located just outside Disney World.
According to Osceola County Police, Westerhold was caught on Ring footage exposing himself in front of properties and wandering naked in hallways within the resort premises. The disturbing incident reportedly took place outside one of the properties, where Westerhold allegedly carried out the inappropriate act.
Westerhold fled the scene in Kissimmee before law enforcement arrived, but officers were able to review footage submitted on Jan. 21 showing a naked man in a shared hallway. Further investigation revealed that other residents had also witnessed similar inappropriate behavior from Westerhold, with some providing videos of him either naked or partially clothed.
Following complaints filed with the local homeowner’s association, Westerhold, who operates Airbnb properties with his wife in the area, was arrested near his home in Oviedo on Jan. 27. He now faces charges of exposure of sexual organs.
The Windsor Hills Resort, located less than 3 miles from Disney World, is a popular destination for vacationers visiting the theme park. The incident involving Westerhold has shocked residents and raised concerns about safety and security within the resort community.
