FBI Releases Video and Photo Stills in Nancy Guthrie Investigation
Shortly after the FBI released a short video and photo stills on February 10 in the Nancy Guthrie investigation, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department was inundated with almost 5,000 tips in the first hour.
The footage showed a man with distinct physical movements, a look at his eyes, and a possible mustache, but despite the public’s assistance, no person of interest was identified.
Despite several false “ransom” notes that raised hopes, Savannah, Nancy’s daughter, admitted on February 24 that she feared her mother may already be deceased.
In a heartbreaking video, Savannah, a co-host on Today, announced that her family was offering a $1 million reward for Nancy’s “recovery,” but so far, no leads have emerged.
On March 2, Savannah, along with her sister Annie and brother-in-law Tommaso Cioni, visited a tribute site along her mother’s driveway, marking their first public appearance since Nancy’s abduction. The family laid flowers and a personal note at the site.
