H.R. 3377 grants the President the authority to bestow the Medal of Honor on James Capers, Jr., recognizing his bravery as a Marine Corps member during the Vietnam War.
H.R. 7194, known as the “Nicholas Dockery Medal of Honor Act,” permits the President to confer the Medal of Honor on Nicholas Dockery for his courageous service in the Army while deployed in Afghanistan.
