The “SNL” host kicked off a sketch by impersonating Jeffrey Epstein, clad in eerie attire, as he disturbed Trump during one of his infamous “mid-work naps” in the Oval Office, saying, “Don’t worry, Donald, it’s me — your best friend, Jeffrey Epstein.”
In the comedic scene, a bewildered Trump asked, “Jeffrey? But I thought you were dead?”
The faux Epstein, hinting at conspiracy theories about the real Epstein’s death, replied, “I am, remember? I killed myself — wink!”
As the scene continued, Johnson’s Trump updated Ferrell’s Epstein on his second term, mentioning his “approval ratings in the 30s.”
Ferrell quipped, “Oh, the 30s? Gross. Call me when it hits 17,” leading to shared laughter between the two.
The sketch proceeded with the faux Epstein reminiscing about the “fun times” with Trump, suggesting they “should’ve taken more pictures” together.
In response, Johnson’s Trump remarked, “No, it’s really bad that we took any.”
The scene wrapped up with Ferrell’s Epstein delivering a stark reminder: “No matter how many wars you start or how bad you tank the economy as a distraction, people will always associate you with me.”
