Amazon Prime Day has long been a prime opportunity for scoring excellent phone deals, and the 2026 event did not disappoint.
Introduced last September, Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE continues to be our top choice for a mid-range phone, even with its usual price tag of £649.
However, with a substantial 31% discount, it’s now available for just £449, marking the lowest price ever for this handset. Additionally, Prime Students can benefit from an extra £100 off. It’s hard to find a better deal.
This offer covers all four colors of the 128GB model—Jet Black, Icy Blue, Navy, and White—and larger storage options are also discounted:
Quick: The Prime Day deal is ending soon, so you have until 11:59pm on 26 June to take advantage of it.
In the US? While the discount isn’t as steep, Amazon offers the 128GB Galaxy S25 FE model for $579.99, a $70 reduction from its $649.99 retail price. Additionally, the 256GB variant is available for $699 in white, reflecting a 7% discount.
The benefit here is that these are not exclusive to Prime Day, so anyone can take advantage of them, and free delivery is provided regardless.
What the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE has to offer
The Galaxy S25 FE’s status as the leading mid-range phone nine months post-launch speaks volumes about its quality. It offers an exceptional mix of high-end hardware and smooth software that closely mimics flagship models.
My 4.5-star review highlighted its robust build quality, outstanding battery life, and excellent main and selfie cameras, which are the ones you’re likely to use most. Its performance is also dependable, except for high-demand gaming scenarios.

In the software arena, Samsung excels over most competitors with its One UI 8, which provides a user-friendly interface with extensive customization options. An added bonus is the promise of six more years of software updates.
However, it’s not without flaws. The ultrawide and telephoto cameras are somewhat underwhelming. While I did encounter some software bugs during testing, they are likely to have been addressed by now.
Why it’s a good deal
I wholeheartedly endorse the 256GB Galaxy S25 FE model even at its full £699 retail price. A £200 discount on a device so well-equipped for the future makes it an easy choice if you’re in the market for a mid-range phone.
Although a Galaxy S26 FE might be on the horizon, the global RAM shortage is exerting significant pressure on phone manufacturers like Samsung. Based on other 2026 models, it will likely be pricier, offer minimal upgrades, or both.

Considering these factors, choosing the Galaxy S25 FE now seems unlikely to disappoint. Its price is significantly lower than most flagship phones, making it a wise choice for your budget.
