As Radar previously reported, Combs’ legal troubles may persist even after his release from prison. He remains embroiled in numerous ongoing civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct, sexual assault, battery, and other charges.
One recent lawsuit claims he inappropriately touched a minor in 2007.
The lawsuit stated, “Defendant Combs’ conduct … was outrageous, intended to terrorize and cause emotional distress, and did in fact cause him emotional distress. The assault was so extreme as to go beyond the bounds of decency and be regarded intolerable by civilized society.”
In response, Combs’ representative dismissed the allegations.
“This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone,” his spokesperson stated. “These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues to defend himself and ensure those who start and spread lies are held accountable.”
Combs has consistently denied all such allegations.
