The comic and actor sarcastically remarked, “He’s actually got some pretty good zingers,” before showing a clip of the president explaining his new term for Democrats, “dumocrats.”
Trump stated, “You exchange the ‘e’ with a ‘u,’ and nobody knows that ‘dumb’ doesn’t have a ‘b,’” which left Anderson confused.
Anderson responded, “Ummm, dumb does have a ‘b,’ it’s just silent. Like Melania on your wedding night.”
Anderson also observed that the footage of Trump making those remarks seemed to feature a new hairstyle:
“There was something weird going on with his hair this weekend,” Anderson commented. “To be honest, I’ve seen better weaves on ‘Real Housewives Of Atlanta.’”
