Protecting Religious Freedoms and Ending Anti-Christian Weaponization of Government
President’s Order Establishes Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias
In a bold move to protect the religious freedoms of Americans and put an end to the anti-Christian weaponization of government, President X recently issued an executive order establishing a Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias. The President emphasized the importance of upholding the fundamental right to religious liberty enshrined in the United States Constitution and federal laws like the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.
The President’s order highlighted the disturbing pattern of targeting peaceful Christians by the previous Administration, while ignoring violent acts of anti-Christian hostility. The Department of Justice under the Biden Administration was criticized for bringing criminal charges against peaceful pro-life Christians, including a Catholic priest and a 75-year-old grandmother, for simply praying and demonstrating outside abortion facilities. The President rectified this injustice by issuing pardons in these cases.
Furthermore, Catholic churches, charities, and pro-life centers faced violence, theft, and arson, which were largely ignored by the Biden Administration. The FBI memorandum labeling “radical-traditionalist” Catholics as domestic terrorism threats was also retracted after citing propaganda from partisan sources. The Biden Department of Education sought to repeal religious-liberty protections on college campuses, while the Department of Health and Human Services targeted Christians who did not conform to certain beliefs on sexual orientation and gender identity.
In response to these troubling developments, the Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias was established within the Department of Justice, with the Attorney General serving as Chair. The Task Force consists of various members from executive departments and agencies, tasked with reviewing past anti-Christian policies and practices and recommending steps to rectify them. The Task Force will also identify deficiencies in existing laws and enforcement practices and recommend actions to protect religious liberties.
The President’s order emphasizes the importance of enforcing the law against acts of anti-Christian hostility, vandalism, and violence, and ensuring that any unlawful conduct targeting Christians is identified and rectified. The Task Force will submit reports to the President on its findings and recommendations, with the goal of protecting religious liberty and ending anti-Christian bias in government.
As the Task Force begins its work, it is clear that the President is committed to upholding the religious freedoms of all Americans and putting an end to the weaponization of government against Christians. The Task Force will play a crucial role in ensuring that the rights of individuals to practice their faith without fear of discrimination or retaliation are protected.
