As President Donald J. Trump embarks on the tenth week of his second term, he continues to tout significant achievements aimed at enhancing the lives of Americans—bolstering the workforce, safeguarding the nation, and establishing the United States as a global powerhouse.

Below is a selective overview of notable accomplishments from week ten:

  • The Trump Administration’s commitment to national security remains robust.

    • Authorities successfully apprehended a prominent MS-13 gang leader—an illegal immigrant residing in Virginia, identified as one of the top three MS-13 figures in the U.S.
    • ICE conducted a large-scale operation in Massachusetts, resulting in the arrest of over 370 illegal immigrants, many with severe criminal backgrounds, including murder and armed robbery.

  • To address unfair trade practices, President Trump implemented a 25% tariff on foreign automobiles and specific auto parts, a move aimed at reinforcing national security.

    • The United Auto Workers expressed support, noting that these tariffs are a critical step toward rectifying trade deals that have historically undermined working-class communities and initiating a much-needed shift in the auto industry.

  • Moreover, a 25% tariff was levied on all imports from countries that trade in Venezuelan oil, targeting the financial support for the Maduro regime.
  • President Trump’s relentless pursuit of revitalizing American manufacturing continues to yield positive results.

    • Hyundai has announced a massive $20 billion investment in the U.S., projected to create 14,000 jobs, including a $5.8 billion commitment for a new steel plant in Louisiana, generating approximately 1,500 jobs.
    • Schneider Electric is set to invest $700 million over the next four years to bolster U.S. energy infrastructure.
    • Rolls-Royce plans to shift production to the U.S., enhancing its domestic workforce.
    • In a bid for more favorable trade relations, Vietnam announced it will reduce tariffs on various U.S. imports, including liquefied natural gas and automobiles.

  • On the global stage, President Trump continues to advocate for peace through strength.

    • U.S. airstrikes successfully eliminated numerous ISIS militants hiding in a cave complex in Somalia.
    • As a result of U.S.-led negotiations, both Russia and Ukraine reached an agreement for a ceasefire in the Black Sea.

  • Trump’s economic initiatives have provided additional relief to American families.

    • Encouragingly, large egg prices have dropped nearly 60% since the previous month, following efforts to combat avian flu and restore the chicken supply.
    • New data indicates a 5.1% increase in new home sales compared to last year, while median home prices have decreased by 1.5% year-over-year and 3% since January.

  • In a series of significant executive orders, President Trump aims to enhance national governance.

    • One such order seeks to ensure that Washington, D.C. remains safe, aesthetically pleasing, and a model capital city.
    • Another executive order focuses on election integrity, requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration and introducing measures to identify electoral fraud and foreign interference.
    • Further orders aim to protect federal funds from misuse and modernize payment systems, while also exempting certain agencies from collective bargaining regulations to bolster national security efforts.
    • Additionally, Trump has mandated the removal of anti-American propaganda from federal museums and parks and has ordered the immediate declassification of all FBI documents related to the controversial Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

  • The Department of the Interior has distributed $350 million in energy revenues from the Gulf of America to oil-and-gas-producing states, including Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
  • In an effort to curb intellectual property theft, the Department of Commerce blacklisted over 50 Chinese companies.
  • The Department of Health and Human Services has taken steps to revoke over $300 million in grants tied to gender ideology and has formally warned California regarding its graphic sex education curriculum.
  • The Department of Education is actively investigating the California school system for withholding critical information from parents about their child’s gender identity, as well as examining Portland Public Schools for allowing a male student to compete in girls’ sports.
  • In a notable move, the Department of Agriculture has reinstated key reports essential for farmers and announced an investigation into California’s compliance with federal directives on transgender ideology.
  • Sanctions have been enacted against Iranian intelligence officers involved in serious criminal activities, and the Department of Labor has eliminated nearly $600 million in grants deemed unnecessary.
  • In a bid to further streamline operations, the Environmental Protection Agency terminated a $2 billion grant linked to partisan interests and completed its mission in Western North Carolina post-Hurricane Helene.
  • Finally, the University of Michigan has decided to conclude its diversity-related programming following President Trump’s recent executive order.
  • In a final flourish, President Trump has granted a pardon to Devon Archer, a former associate of Hunter Biden, whose testimony has placed him in legal jeopardy amid ongoing investigations into Biden family dealings.
