Season 13, Episode 12 of “The Masked Singer” brought us to the semi-finals night, where the mysterious character Detective Lucky Duck was finally unmasked. Taika Waititi was revealed as the celebrity behind the Lucky Duck mask, much to the surprise of the audience and the panelists.
The episode featured the final five contestants: Coral, Pearl, Boogie Woogie, and Mad Scientist Monster. The competition was fierce as they battled it out in faceoffs to secure a spot in the finals. Pearl and Mad Scientist Monster emerged victorious in their faceoffs, while Boogie Woogie and Coral went head-to-head in a smackdown for the third finale slot.
However, in a twist of events, Detective Lucky Duck announced that all four contestants would move on to the finals. And instead of revealing the identity of one of the contestants, he unmasked himself to reveal Taika Waititi as the man behind the duck costume.

Host Nick Cannon and panelists Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, Rita Ora, and Robin Thicke have been entertaining us with their guesses and banter. This season also introduced new elements like the “Crack the Case” clue cases and the Golden Ear trophy for the panelist with the most correct guesses.
