Brothers in Gotti Mob Family Accused of Assaulting Brother-in-Law

Two brothers from the notorious Gotti mob family are facing charges after allegedly assaulting their brother-in-law, Gino Gabrielli, following a burglary at their Queens home. John and Frankie Gotti, grandsons of the late “Teflon Don” John Gotti, have been charged with third-degree attempted assault and harassment in connection with the incident.

The altercation reportedly occurred after Gabrielli broke into John Gotti’s Jamaica house, stealing $3,000, jewelry, and other items. Gabrielli was later arrested and charged with burglary, grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. Following his release, the Gotti brothers confronted Gabrielli, resulting in a physical altercation witnessed by police.

Both John and Frankie Gotti pleaded not guilty in Queens Criminal Court and their lawyer, Gerard Marrone, downplayed the charges as a simple assault between in-laws. Marrone expressed confidence that the case would be dismissed, citing the need for Gabrielli to sign a supporting deposition within 60 days.

Notably, the Gotti family has a long history of involvement in organized crime, with John Gotti Sr. leading the Gambino crime family before his conviction in 1992. John Gotti Jr. has also faced legal troubles related to drug offenses in the past. The legacy of the Gotti family continues to be marred by criminal activities and run-ins with the law.

In the ongoing saga of the Gotti family, the recent incident involving John and Frankie Gotti serves as another chapter in their tumultuous history with law enforcement and the criminal underworld.
