The Accomplice in the Palm Springs Fertility Clinic Bombing Dies in Federal Custody
The suspect involved in the Palm Springs fertility clinic bombing, who recently passed away in federal custody, reportedly jumped to his death from an upper level of the California prison where he was being held, as per a report.
32-year-old Daniel Park was found unresponsive at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Los Angeles early Tuesday, according to the Bureau of Prisons.
Sources revealed to TMZ that the Seattle man is believed to have stepped onto a table and then plunged to the ground floor of the facility.
The exact number of floors he fell from was not immediately clear.
Park was quickly taken to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead, according to the Bureau.
The inmate was facing conspiracy charges for allegedly shipping explosive materials to Guy Edward Bartkus, the bomber who tragically lost his life in the May 17 explosion at the American Reproductive Centers clinic.
