The prevailing narrative, perpetuated by entrenched interests, insists that Jeffrey Epstein was merely a singularly depraved individual who, with impeccable timing, “committed suicide” in the squalor of a Manhattan jail cell.

This past weekend, Axios unveiled a two-page memorandum from the Department of Justice under President Trump, with contributions from the freshly appointed FBI leadership led by Director Kash Patel and Deputy Dan Bongino. The memo contained some rather definitive assertions:

  • Epstein definitely died by suicide;
  • There is no “client list”;
  • And no evidence suggests he blackmailed the powerful.

The memo elaborated:

In our commitment to transparency, the Department of Justice and the FBI have undertaken a comprehensive review of all investigative materials related to Jeffrey Epstein. To guarantee thoroughness, the FBI executed digital searches across databases and conducted physical searches in various locations where pertinent material might have been stored. This extensive probe turned up a staggering amount of information, including over 300 gigabytes of data and tangible evidence.

The files related to Epstein encompass a significant collection of images of him, along with images and videos of victims who are either minors or appear to be so, as well as over ten thousand files of illegal child sexual abuse material and other pornography. Teams of agents, analysts, attorneys, and privacy and civil liberties experts meticulously examined the digital and documentary evidence to provide maximum information to the public while safeguarding victims. Much of this material remains subject to court-ordered sealing. Only a small portion would have been disclosed publicly had Epstein faced trial, as the seal was designed solely to protect victims without exposing third parties to allegations of illegal activities. Our investigation found no basis to reconsider the release of those materials and we will not permit the distribution of child pornography.

This systematic review yielded no incriminating ā€œclient listā€ or credible evidence that Epstein engaged in blackmail against high-profile individuals. We found no evidence that would justify an investigation into uncharged third parties.

Consistent with previous disclosures, the review confirmed that Epstein victimized over one thousand individuals, each enduring unique trauma. Sensitive information concerning these victims is intricately woven throughout the materials, including details like names, likenesses, physical descriptions, birthplaces, associates, and employment histories.

One of our primary objectives is to combat child exploitation and deliver justice to victims. The propagation of unfounded theories about Epstein does not serve either purpose.

While we have strived to provide the public with the most information regarding Epstein and to examine all evidence in the government’s possession, the Department of Justice and the FBI have concluded that no further disclosures are appropriate or justified.

Following a thorough investigation, the FBI determined that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City on August 10, 2019.

This conclusion aligns with earlier findings, including the autopsy results from the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on August 19, 2019, and the November 2019 position of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York concerning the investigation of federal correctional officers responsible for Epstein’s custody, as well as the June 2023 conclusions from the DOJ’s Office of the Inspector General.

The determination that Epstein died by suicide is further corroborated by surveillance footage from the common area of the Special Housing Unit (SHU) where he was housed at the time of his death. According to the DOJ’s Inspector General in 2023, anyone entering or attempting to enter the tier where Epstein’s cell was located would have been recorded by this footage. The FBI’s independent review of this footage confirmed that from the moment Epstein was locked in his cell at approximately 10:40 pm on August 9, 2019, until around 6:30 am the following morning, no one entered any tiers in the SHU.

During this review, the FBI enhanced the relevant footage for clarity, improving contrast, color balance, and sharpness.

The Axios document practically oozes with language that serves to cover for the agency’s failures, reassuring the public that there is no “evidence” of blackmail.

Let us not forget, this is the same FBI that has ā€œmisplacedā€ laptops, shredded notes related to the Russia investigation, and remains unable to clarify how the surveillance cameras in Epstein’s corridor ā€œmalfunctionedā€ at the very moment he allegedly crafted a noose from bed linens, coincidentally right after his cellmate was transferred.

Back in February, Attorney General Pam Bondi informed FOX and Friends host Steve Doocy that the infamous list was perched on her desk, awaiting her review.

Steve Doocy: I saw your appearance at CPAC with Bannon and Ted Cruz, and one of the things you’ve alluded to, and this is something Donald Trump has discussed, the DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein’s clients? Will that really happen?

Attorney General Pam Bondi: It’s sitting on my desk right now for review. That’s been a directive from President Trump. I’m reviewing that. I’m also looking over the JFK files, the MLK files. It’s all in the process of being reviewed.

Here’s Pam Bondi stating the list was on her desk back in March.

And she didn’t stop there. Bondi also confirmed that a substantial amount of evidence from New York had just been delivered to her office.

MARCH: Pam Bondi mentions a ā€œTRUCKLOADā€ of Epstein files has just arrived. Thousands of pages. The FBI is reviewing them.

JULY: The DOJ claims there’s NO client list. Suicide. Case closed.

What happened to the truckload?
What happened to the truth?
