Diddy Lawsuit Claims He Used Notorious B.I.G.’s Shirt to Masturbate, Orgasm

Diddy is facing a lawsuit alleging that he masturbated into a shirt from the late Notorious B.I.G.‘s wardrobe, ejaculated on the garment, and then threw it on another man’s lap and arm, resulting in semen contamination.

The accuser, known as John Doe, claims a series of sexually deviant encounters with Diddy over the years.

The lawsuit details an incident in September 2020, where the accuser was allegedly pressured by Diddy to take ketamine during a listening session for a Biggie Smalls project. They ended up in a warehouse in Los Angeles where Diddy provided drugs, leading to chaotic behavior.

The accuser claims that Diddy engaged in explicit behavior by watching porn and masturbating into Biggie’s shirt in front of him, ultimately contaminating the garment with his semen.

Furthermore, the accuser states that Diddy callously tossed the semen-covered shirt onto his lap and arm, jokingly saying “RIP Biggie” before leaving the room.

The lawsuit also includes an allegation from 2005, where Diddy reportedly forced the accuser to perform sexual acts.

The accuser is seeking legal action against Diddy for sexual battery and emotional distress, among other charges, and is pursuing damages in the case.
