This unique property, with ownership dating back to 1911, is one of the last large parcels of land remaining along the Front Range, offering a rare opportunity for prospective buyers. Priced at just over $18,000 per acre, the site boasts quick access to the mountains, a mere 20-minute drive from Downtown Denver.

Brown, along with Joey Dybevik and Michael Kboudi, are spearheading the marketing efforts on behalf of the Ladwig family.
The property’s zoning permits residential development with a minimum lot size of 10 acres, comprising two interconnected parcels totaling 811 acres. The land features a diverse terrain, including wooded areas and open spaces.
Situated adjacent to the approximately 4,000-acre White Ranch Park within Jefferson County Open Space, the site offers a picturesque backdrop for potential development.
Although a uranium mine operated on a small section of the property in the past, state records confirm that the mine was safely sealed and capped in 1989.
