Recently, a group of protesters clad in black delivered a rather theatrical message to the residence of Congressman Bryan Steil, a Republican representing Wisconsin.
More than twenty activists from the far-left convened outside his home, where they staged a mock funeral procession, complete with a coffin placed prominently against his front door. Attached to this somber prop was a rather scathing epitaph:
“Here lie the hopes of the most vulnerable, slain by the ‘Big Beautiful Bill’ enacted by President Donald J. Trump and endorsed by deceitful Bryan Steil. RIP democracy 1776-2025.”
Among the participants was the former chairwoman of the Walworth County Democrat Party, as reported by Fox News.
In response, Congressman Steil expressed disappointment, labeling the act as indicative of the tactics employed by Democratic leadership and the radical left. “I remain committed to my work to get this country back on track and will not be deterred by their threats,” he stated in an exclusive interview with Fox.

This particular demonstration was organized by the Southern Wisconsin Grassroots Network in conjunction with the Working Families Party.
It’s crucial to recognize that Congressman Steil should perceive this incident as a serious political assault.
The individuals responsible ought to face legal repercussions, including charges of trespassing at the very least.
According to the U.S. Capitol Police, threats against members of Congress have surged by over 93 percent since last year.
Moreover, we cannot overlook the fact that President Trump himself has been the target of not one, but two assassination attempts.

The inflammatory rhetoric emanating from Democratic Party leaders has fostered a perilous atmosphere in the United States—one that is undeniably dangerous. Those involved in these protests should face the most severe penalties permitted by law.
While Democrats may refer to the situation surrounding Congressman Steil as “good trouble,” it seems increasingly evident that they are, in fact, synonymous with trouble.
