Matthew Perry’s Tragic Death: Assistant Admits to Injecting Actor with Fatal Dose

In a shocking turn of events, it has been revealed that Matthew Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, played a pivotal role in the actor’s untimely death. Perry, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on the hit TV show Friends, struggled with addiction for years before his tragic passing.

According to prosecutors, Perry instructed Iwamasa to purchase ketamine, a powerful liquid drug, from street dealers. Iwamasa reportedly spent $11,000 on 50 vials of ketamine from “ketamine queen” Jasveen Sangha and her middle-man, Erik Fleming. The assistant even admitted to injecting Perry with the fatal dose of ketamine.

The indictment against Iwamasa reads: “Using the Plasencia-provided instructions and syringes, Iwamasa injected Perry with the ketamine that was sold to him by Fleming and Sangha, including on October 28, 2023, when Perry died at his Pacific Palisades home after receiving multiple ketamine injections.”

It is particularly troubling that Plasencia continued to sell ketamine to Iwamasa, despite being aware that Perry’s addiction was spiraling out of control. This negligence ultimately led to Perry’s tragic demise.

In addition to Iwamasa, Sangha, and Fleming, Plasencia and Chavez have also been charged with drug-related offenses in connection to Perry’s death. The legal proceedings are still ongoing, and justice is being sought for the beloved actor.

This heartbreaking story serves as a stark reminder of the devastating consequences of addiction. Perry’s death has sent shockwaves through Hollywood and beyond, prompting a much-needed conversation about the dangers of substance abuse.
