The highly anticipated USA Network drama series “Anna Pigeon” has recently announced the addition of three talented actors in recurring roles. According to a report from Variety, Manuel Rodriguez-Saenz, Ryan Northcott, and Cooper Levy have all been cast in the series, based on the popular Nevada Barr novels featuring the character Anna Pigeon.
Joining lead actress Tracy Spiridakos and cast member Ronnie Rowe Jr., Rodriguez-Saenz, Northcott, and Levy bring their unique talents to the series, currently filming in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The official synopsis of the show follows Anna Pigeon, a former city dweller turned park ranger, as she navigates solving crimes within national park grounds while confronting her own personal demons.
In the series, Rodriguez-Saenz portrays Manny López, a recovering addict who finds solace as an education park ranger. Northcott takes on the role of Geoff Miller, the Park Supervisor of Glacier National Park and Anna’s by-the-book boss. Levy plays Jesse Garland, a bartender and environmentalist who shares a complicated romantic history with Anna.
Rodriguez-Saenz is represented by Oscars Abrams Zimel & Associates, while Northcott is represented by The Characters Talent Agency and Levy by Play Management and Alchemy Entertainment. Showrunner Morwyn Brebner and director Lea Thompson lead the creative team behind “Anna Pigeon,” with a lineup of executive producers including Todd Berger, Brett Burlock, Sonia Hosko, and more. The series is a collaboration between Cineflix Studios, December Films, and SEVEN24 Films, with Cineflix Rights handling worldwide distribution.
