Gordon Ramsay has once again found himself at the center of a chilling “swatting” incident, with someone filing a fake 911 report alleging a shooting at the celebrity chef’s Bel Air residence.
According to law enforcement sources speaking to TMZ, the LAPD received a distressing call around 8 PM Monday night. The caller claimed to have shot his brother, also a chef, along with his nephew and asserted that he was armed with a black revolver.
The individual on the line went further, stating he was under the influence of heroin and refused to vacate the premises.

However, upon arrival, police found no evidence of a shooting and confirmed that no one had been harmed.
Interestingly, Ramsay was not at the residence at the time; he is currently traveling abroad. Instead, officers engaged with a personal assistant who was present during the call.
Authorities concluded this incident was a “swatting” case, where individuals falsely report serious crimes to provoke a rapid law enforcement response. An investigation is now underway to track down the perpetrator of this outrageous prank, although as of now, no arrests have been made.
This is not the first time Ramsay has faced such alarming circumstances; he experienced a near-identical scenario earlier this past April when a prankster falsely reported gunfire at his Bel Air home.
We have reached out to Ramsay’s representatives, but have yet to receive a response.
