In a twist that feels more like a plot from a supernatural thriller than actual news, the far-left website ‘Jezebel’ has reportedly employed witches to cast a curse on conservative figure Charlie Kirk.
Renowned journalist Megyn Kelly has shared a rather unsettling update on this situation. Apparently, both Charlie and Erika Kirk were alerted to this bizarre scheme shortly before Charlie’s tragic death, leaving them visibly shaken, particularly Erika. Given their Christian beliefs, they perceived this as a genuine threat and invited a friend over for prayers aimed at Charlie’s protection.
Kelly has also divulged that those involved in this hexing ritual were growing impatient, eager to see their wicked works bear fruit. Regardless of one’s beliefs, such actions raise serious ethical questions.
As Kelly recounts on her website:
“While visiting Arizona recently, I discovered that just two weeks prior to Charlie Kirk’s assassination, Jezebel had announced its intention to cast bad luck or a curse upon him. Their goal was clear: to inflict harm. They boldly stated, ‘If the far-right misogynist with a bad haircut wants to villainize independent women, Jezebel is ready to become the witch of his worst nightmares.’
In an unexpected twist, Jezebel ventured onto Etsy—yes, the popular marketplace known for handmade crafts—to commission their curse. Indeed, Etsy freelancers were willing to perform a hex upon request.
The casting artist pondered aloud, ‘Is it ethical to curse a man I’ve never met? Probably not. But is it unethical to let him keep talking? Definitely.’
She proceeded to place an order for a witchcraft spell intending to ‘MAKE EVERYONE HATE HIM,’ and curiously inquired about the spell’s activation period. The witch on Etsy suggested she could enhance the spell’s potency for an additional $50. Naturally, she agreed, supplying Kirk’s date of birth for optimal accuracy. The witch confirmed she had successfully executed the hex and eagerly inquired about when they could anticipate results…
Interestingly, the witch had promised that, by August 23, ‘you will see the first results within two to three weeks.’ This timeline proved ominously prescient, as it was merely 18 days before Charlie’s murder.
This entire episode leaves one stunned. As Kelly points out in her video commentary, even for non-believers, engaging in such dastardly practices borders on recklessness—it’s akin to poking a sleeping bear.
