Aaron Phypers Says He Needs $150K From Joint Account With Denise Richards to ‘Survive’

The judge further reminds both parties to comply with their respective restraining orders and writes
that Aaron may file a request for “attorney fees and/or interim spousal support.”

Denise Richards has filed a response to Aaron Phypers’ request,
stating she does not consent to the requested order and seeks its denial.

Aaron Phypers is petitioning a judge to require Denise Richards to grant him access to their
shared bank accounts, asserting he needs $150,000 to avoid potential homelessness.

The actor submitted his request earlier this week, claiming that prior to filing for divorce,
he and Richards had substantial funds in joint accounts, which she has since controlled,
restricting his access to these essential funds.

Phypers notes that a significant amount of the money comes from Denise’s OnlyFans venture,
while he also claims to have contributed by taking many of the photos featured on her page,
asserting he holds the copyright to those images.

Aaron indicates his urgent need for funds, highlighting a requirement of $120,000 for overdue
rent and $10,000 for his divorce attorney fees, among other financial responsibilities, thus
requesting $150,000 to navigate this challenging time.

AP states this amount is merely a fraction of the account’s total and should not be classified
as spousal support, insisting it is essential for him to meet his obligations, live comfortably,
and avoid hardship.

Phypers warns that he and his family face the threat of eviction and homelessness if they
do not secure the required funds promptly.

Aaron is also petitioning the court to enforce the return of health equipment he claims Denise
removed from his home, suspecting she intends to sell these items although he asserts they are his.

As previously reported, Denise and Aaron are embroiled in
a bitter divorce — with Aaron
accusing Denise of infidelity, and Denise countering with claims of domestic violence. Each has denied the allegations made against them.

Phypers’ latest legal motion accuses Richards of repeatedly misrepresenting their interactions,
including allegations that she lied about visiting Aaron’s house to collect her dogs,
even though he contends she lacked space in her Corvette for the pets.
