The highly publicized legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is set to be the focus of a new documentary produced by ITN Productions. Titled “He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs Justin Baldoni,” the 90-minute film will delve into the allegations of sexual misconduct and defamation that have been brought forth by both parties. Scheduled to premiere in the UK on Monday, the documentary will also be available for streaming on Max and Discovery+.

The documentary will explore the legal complaint filed by Lively against Baldoni, accusing him of inappropriate behavior on the set of “It Ends With Us” and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In response, Baldoni has filed a $400 million countersuit, denying the allegations and claiming defamation. With the trial scheduled for March 2026, the film will examine the evidence presented by both sides and the impact of the dispute on social media.

Executive produced by Mike Griffiths and Bruce Kennedy, the documentary is a collaboration between ITN Productions and 5, with the US version acquired by Investigation Discovery. Post-production is being handled in-house by ITN Post, while Blue Ant Studios is overseeing global licensing and distribution. Ian Russell, head of international at ITN Productions, described the film as a timely and comprehensive look at a Hollywood story that has captured global attention.

Denise Seneviratne, commissioning editor at 5, expressed the importance of addressing such high-profile cases within the context of the #MeToo movement. She emphasized the significance of shedding light on the complexities of the Lively-Baldoni saga and the role of social media in shaping public perception. The collaboration between ITN Productions and 5 on this feature-length documentary signifies a commitment to exploring important cultural conversations through the lens of entertainment.
