Singapore’s Mocha Chai Laboratories and Thai entertainment company The One Enterprise have joined forces to produce an exciting new mystery thriller series titled “Decalcomania.” The eight-part show features a unique body-swapping premise and is currently being filmed in both Singapore and Bangkok.

The storyline follows two women who find themselves mysteriously swapping souls after a tragic car accident. Neungdeaw Ananthikun, a 26-year-old Bangkok nightclub owner with a troubled past, swaps places with Leia Woo, a Singapore socialite protected by a pharmaceutical tycoon.

Leading the cast is Thai star Mookda Narinrak, who takes on the challenging task of playing both characters. Joining her are talented Thai actors such as Hussawee Pakrapongpisan, Pat Chayanit Chansangavej, Chai Chatayodom Hiranyatithi, and Thaneth Warakulnukroh. Singapore is represented by Pierre Png, Gladys Ng, and veteran actor Hong Hui Fang, who makes a special guest appearance in the series.

The concept for “Decalcomania” was first conceived in 2021 by Singaporean creator Chai Yee-Wei and co-creator/screenwriter Chance Wanlass. The project gained traction at the Asian Television Forum in December 2022, where executive producer Michelle Chang pitched the idea to The One Enterprise.

The collaboration between the two production companies aims to create content that resonates with Thai audiences while also having international appeal. Showrunner Nipon Pewnen and writer Wattana Weerayawattana are leading the creative team, working together to craft a narrative that transcends boundaries and leaves a lasting impact on viewers worldwide.

With a talented production team that includes veteran art director Pawas Sawatchaiyamet and visual effects wizard Lee Stringer, “Decalcomania” promises to deliver high-quality technical elements. The series is funded in part by the Infocomm Media Development Authority’s International Co-Production Grant, highlighting its role as a creative bridge between Southeast Asian cultures.

Scheduled to premiere on Thailand’s ONE31 and OneD streaming platform in December 2025, “Decalcomania” will also be broadcast on Singapore’s Mediacorp MeWATCH. For Mocha Chai Laboratories, this project marks another milestone in their international expansion, following successful collaborations with major platforms like Apple, HBO Asia, Amazon, and Disney+.

Meanwhile, The One Enterprise solidifies its position as a leading source of premium content in Thailand, managing popular channels such as ONE31 and Channel GMM 25, as well as radio stations like EFM, Green Wave, and Chill Online. The partnership between these two companies represents a promising venture that is sure to captivate audiences with its compelling storytelling and innovative approach to production.
