Clavicular is apparently set on demonstrating that seeing truly is believing.
The controversial âlooksmaxxingâ influencer, whose real name is Braden Peter, is stirring up attention once more by choosing to livestream his rhinoplasty for his curious fans and dedicated followers.
Peter, 20, visited the clinic of Dr. Michael Salzhauer, better known online as Dr. Miami, on Wednesday, June 3, for his nose surgery. The procedure took roughly two hours, but viewers could watch the entire livestream on the platform Kick for nearly five hours.
Before the video began, a message on Kick stated, âThis content is for mature viewers only. You must be 18 or older to view it.â As of publication, the video has garnered over 30,000 views and has prompted a lot of commentary.
âA nose job was entirely unnecessary â he should consider investing in a good psychologist instead,â one user commented via X after watching a clip. Another viewer remarked, âCreators are monetizing life events in ways previously unimaginable.â
With a growing social media following, Peters has been bringing the concept of âlooksmaxxingâ into mainstream culture.
According to the BBC, looksmaxxing aims to help individuals achieve peak attractiveness based on specific criteria, emphasizing features like jawlines, eyes, and physique. Peters has mentioned Matt Bomer as one of the most strikingly handsome male celebrities in Hollywood.
In politics, Clavicular once expressed a preference for Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom over Republican Vice President JD Vance, citing Newsomâs appearance as a factor. Peters has since declared a âno more politicsâ stance.
Despite his achievements, including walking at New York Fashion Week and earning a reported $100,000 monthly on Kick, Peters has been embroiled in numerous controversies.
In January 2026, Clavicular was seen at a Miami nightclub with white nationalist commentator Nick Fuentes and controversial influencer Andrew Tate, who faces multiple accusations of rape, sexual assault, and abuse. (Tate denies all allegations.)
Two months after, Peters received a six-month probation sentence for shooting an already-dead alligator in the Florida Everglades during a livestream.
He also exited an interview with 60 Minutes Australia in April 2026 after a journalist questioned if he identifies as an incel.
âLooksmaxxing is about self-improvement, right? So itâs about potentially even ascending out of that category,â he explained. âOne of the goals is to separate from being an incel and overcome that. So that doesnât make sense.â
