Devin Haney emerged victorious in a recent legal battle in a Los Angeles court, as reported by TMZ Sports. The judge ruled against his ex-fiancée, Leena Sayed, who had filed a motion seeking permission to post pictures of their one-year-old child on social media without Haney’s consent.

According to court documents, Judge Hank Goldberg upheld Haney’s request to maintain the existing parenting agreement, stating that there was no valid reason for a one-year-old child to be exposed to the public eye and social media attention. The judge emphasized the importance of shielding celebrity children from the potential harms of public scrutiny, citing numerous instances where such exposure had negative consequences.

The ruling clarified that the parenting agreement did not prohibit all forms of posting photos, allowing for exceptions such as sharing images from the child’s birthday party without including the child in the frame. Additionally, the judge highlighted that both parties had competent legal representation during the settlement process, with no allegations of coercion or undue influence in reaching the agreement.

In conclusion, Judge Goldberg determined that maintaining the provision in the parenting agreement was in the child’s best interests and denied Sayed’s motion to modify it. The legal dispute between Haney and Sayed also delved into her career on OnlyFans, with Haney’s legal team arguing that her online activities were a factor in restricting her from posting pictures of their child without consent.

Efforts to obtain comments from the lawyers representing both Haney and Sayed are currently underway. The outcome of this legal battle underscores the importance of protecting children, especially those of public figures, from undue exposure and potential exploitation on social media platforms.
