President Donald J. Trump and his Administration are taking assertive actions to strengthen border security and expedite the deportation of criminal illegal aliens. Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress are reportedly obstructing these initiatives by hindering crucial funding for the Department of Homeland Security and supporting sanctuary jurisdictions that provide refuge to such individuals, consequently leaving Americans vulnerable to violent crimes.
In the early months of 2026, the Trump Administration has detained numerous criminal illegal aliens, including killers, rapists, and violent sexual offenders, who were allegedly empowered by the Radical Left’s open-border policies — measures that Democrats are eager to reinstate.
- Kenneth Moreno Guzman, a Mexican illegal alien, is accused of the brutal rape of an 11-year-old girl in Georgia while threatening her 10-year-old sister with a knife. He allegedly broke into their home, assaulted the young girl in front of her sister, and later admitted to police that he was “attracted” to the child.
- Samuel Antonio Maldonado-Erazo, a Honduran illegal alien, is charged with the first-degree murder of his three-year-old U.S. citizen nephew in Florida. He allegedly beat the toddler to death, causing multiple injuries. After previously being deported, he re-entered the country and was released under the Biden Administration.
- Zaid Mayen-Esteban and Jonathan David Garcia-Larios, two Mexican illegal aliens, are accused of torturing a victim during a home invasion in North Carolina. They allegedly broke into the victim’s home, restrained him, and committed extreme acts of violence. One had been deported in 2024 but illegally returned to carry out this crime.
- Francisco Mendez-Marin, a Mexican illegal alien, is charged with the murder of his newlywed wife in Texas. He allegedly slit her throat with a pocketknife and then claimed to police he “didn’t do anything bad” and felt “obligated” to commit the act.
- Cristian Nunez-Guzman, a Mexican illegal alien, is accused of sexually assaulting two young girls in Ohio, including one with special needs. He had been deported in 2012 following drug convictions.
- Carlos Aguilar Reynoso, a Guatemalan illegal alien, is charged with raping a five-year-old girl he was babysitting in New York. The child suffered severe injuries and required surgery after her mother discovered the assault.
- Misael Lopez Gomez, a Guatemalan illegal alien, is accused of murdering his three-month-old daughter in Virginia through blunt force trauma. He was released into the country under the Biden Administration.
- Abdul Jalloh, a Sierra Leonean illegal alien, is accused of murdering a mother at a bus stop in Virginia by allegedly stabbing her over 30 times. He has multiple prior arrests for violent crimes.
- Bairon Alexander Posada-Hernandez, a Honduran illegal alien, is charged with murder after pushing an 83-year-old Air Force veteran onto subway tracks in New York City. Despite being deported four times and having 15 prior charges, he remained in the sanctuary city.
These crimes are reportedly the result of policies that prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens. President Trump urges Democrats to fund DHS to remove these threats from communities.
In this Administration, prioritizing American lives is paramount.
