Denise Richards has been ordered by a judge to pay her ex-husband, Aaron Phypers, $5,000 per month in temporary spousal support during their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Denise will make monthly payments to Aaron starting on March 5th until further court orders are issued.

Additionally, Denise has been ordered to pay Aaron $25,000 for his attorney’s fees and an additional $5,000 that may be used for a forensic accountant. These payments will be made in three installments at the end of March, April, and May.

The court’s ruling follows Aaron’s request for spousal support in October 2025. Both Denise and Aaron testified before the judge prior to the decision being made.

The divorce between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers has been contentious, with disputes over finances, income, and legal costs being central issues in the case.
