Denise Richards Testifies Aaron Phypers Assaulted Her During Plastic Surgery Recovery

Denise Richards has reiterated her accusations against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers, claiming he physically assaulted her while she was healing from a cosmetic operation… and she has now presented these claims in court.

Denise took the witness stand on Tuesday during a restraining order hearing against Aaron, stating he became aggressive towards her in May after her cosmetic surgery.

She told the judge that while Aaron was allegedly helping her recover from breast implant and tummy tuck surgery, he struck her in the head at the hotel where they were staying. Denise stated that Aaron assaulted her and insisted she hand over her phone.

Denise also recounted additional incidents of violence… she claimed he slammed her head on the floor during a trip back from Chicago in April, describing it as feeling like Aaron was “crushing my skull.”

She testified that after their separation in July, Aaron struck her in the head and threatened that she would “disappear” if she reported him to the police.

Denise is currently in court seeking to upgrade her temporary restraining order against Aaron to a permanent one, which would require him to stay at least 100 yards away from her for the next five years.

On his side, Aaron has denied all allegations of abuse directed towards Denise.
