Receives 4-Year Prison Term

Diddy has been sentenced … Judge Arun Subramanian officially handed down a sentence of just over four years in a federal facility.
The ruling was delivered on Friday and exceeded Diddy’s request … his legal representatives proposed a 14-month sentence, while the prosecution advocated for an 11-year term. He was ultimately sentenced to 50 months.

Diddy is also mandated to pay a fine of $500,000, partially to cover incarceration costs. The judge did not order any restitution.
Following the sentencing, the judge acknowledged the “strong women” who recounted their “traumatic experiences” during testimony.

The sentencing process extended for several hours … during which the prosecutors criticized Diddy for planning a speaking event this coming Monday in Miami, emphasizing the focus on character witnesses and the emotional aspects of Diddy’s situation.
The defense even showcased a video of Diddy with his children during the court proceedings.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Diddy stood to address the court, offering an apology to his former partner, Cassie Ventura.

We consulted with Sam Mangel, a prison advisor who served 20 months at a minimum-security facility and stated Diddy will likely fare well in incarceration since MDC Brooklyn is more challenging compared to where he will serve his sentence.
Diddy has already been in custody for more than a year, having been arrested in September 2024, and will receive credit for the time already served.
