Belgian artist Kristof Santy is celebrated for his use of vibrant colors and unique flattened perspectives, transforming everyday scenes and objects into striking visual compositions. His artwork frequently features depictions of fruits, vegetables, tabletops, and various transportation modes, especially those linked to industrial work.
In his latest collection, Santy continues to explore the ordinary, branching out into themes of fashion and furniture. The collection includes a striped sweater vest subtly wrinkled and hanging from a rod, and a modernist chair in vivid fuchsia set against a kelly green wall. Previous themes also resurface, such as a short roll-up ladder hanging from a helicopter door, suspended mid-air without an operator.

This latest series will be featured this fall at Sorry We’re Closed in Brussels. For those interested in exploring more of Santy’s creations, his work is available on Instagram.
