Every Wedding After-Party Dress I Tried on in My Search to Find “The One”

With my June wedding fast approaching, I find myself in need of the perfect after-party dress. While my ceremony dress was chosen months ago, I am yet to find a dress that matches the lively yet serene atmosphere of our Hudson Valley celebration. A body-hugging dress apt for Miami wouldn’t suit the lush surroundings of tall grasses and wild roses, and overly formal attire doesn’t align with our “bucolic cocktail” theme.

Embracing my love for fashion, I embarked on a shopping spree. I spent a day exploring boutiques in SoHo and ordered a variety of styles online, ensuring I had numerous options. I wanted to explore different styles, without limiting myself to one silhouette or even the traditional white, to envision how each would complement my wedding night.
