No one is quite like Greta Lee when it comes to her body of work and distinctive style.
While she has captivated audiences in Girls, Russian Doll, and Broad City, her standout performance in Past Lives has solidified her as a major star and a fashion icon. Lee boasts a roster of notable industry allies: she’s part of stylist Danielle Goldberg’s elite group of clients, and her close friendship with designer Jonathan Anderson has allowed her to redefine fashion boundaries, showcasing everything from Loewe to Dior. Although she favors Anderson’s creations, her fashion choices remain refreshingly unpredictable. A prime example is the sultry Dior satin and organza minidress she donned at the Venice Film Festival, featuring a daring neckline, tailored lapels, and a dramatic oversize bow.
Lee’s impressive fashion sense endured even during Anderson’s transition periods. Recently, the duo, alongside Goldberg, championing New York designers, has presented looks ranging from a striking cobalt Luar suit to a chic, gray drop-waist Diotima dress. She also showcased her loyalty to designer Lii, wearing a piece to the 2024 Independent Spirit Awards and again on Graham Norton just this week.
Despite her varied style, Lee remains a true Jonathan Anderson devotee. Prior to his much-anticipated Dior womenswear debut, he named her one of his first house ambassadors. So far, she has dazzled on multiple occasions, such as her appearance in a floral skirt ensemble at his spring 2026 show and at the Tron: Ares premiere in one of his most playfully extravagant runway looks, which can be seen here.
In celebration of her Vogue feature, let’s take a moment to reminisce about Greta Lee’s striking red carpet outfits.
