Zaccharie Risacher and Dame Sarr are two young European basketball players who have taken different paths to the NBA Draft and NCAA basketball. His journey has been a bit slower compared to Risacher, as he only started to show his potential in the 2024-25 season. Sarr averaged 1.8 points per game in the Euro League and 5.8 ppg in the Liga ACB, shooting 43% from 3-point range in the latter. While Sarr’s development wasn’t enough to make him a top NBA Draft pick, he brings a lot of talent to Duke University for the upcoming season.
