Innovative Artists Entertainment has recently announced the promotion of Courtney Martin, Isaac Finn, Alex Jankovich, and Madeline Petrovich to agents within the company. These promotions come on the heels of Innovative’s strategic partnership with Coral Tree Partners, which took place in March and saw the latter acquire a minority stake in the company.

According to Scott Harris, the CEO and founder of Innovative Artists Entertainment, the newly promoted agents embody the core values of the company, including tenacity, foresight, and dedication to serving clients in the ever-evolving entertainment industry. Harris expressed his excitement for the growth and potential of Courtney, Isaac, Alex, and Madeline in their new roles.

Courtney Martin and Alex Jankovich will be based in New York, while Madeline Petrovich and Isaac Finn will be located in Los Angeles. Martin, a graduate of Ball State University, previously served as the communications coordinator and assistant to the endorsements department head. Jankovich, a University of Wisconsin – Madison alum, started his career assisting industry veterans Brian Davidson and Gary Gersh.

Isaac Finn, who began his career assisting Matt Shaffer and later worked with Jonathan Howard and David Lederman, was promoted from talent coordinator to agent. Madeline Petrovich, also a former talent coordinator who started in the mailroom, graduated from the University of Notre Dame before earning her promotion to agent.

Innovative Artists Entertainment recently consolidated all of its prior brands under the singular Innovative Artists Entertainment brand as part of its growth strategy with Coral Tree Partners. The company also made significant signings in the literary representation department, bringing on Denim Richards and Barry O’Brien.
