Newly unsealed records have shed light on Jeffrey Epstein’s dark operations at 301 E. 66th St., just 10 blocks away from his infamous Upper East Side townhouse. The 16-story postwar condo building with a 24-hour doorman served as a logistical hub for Epstein’s activities, including the trafficking of underage girls.

The building, owned by an entity called 301 66 Owners Corp. linked to Epstein’s brother Mark Epstein, housed more than a dozen apartments that cycled between wealthy guests, foreign dignitaries, and Epstein’s staff. Some units were even marked in Epstein’s address book as “Apts. for models,” where young girls were provided with living quarters, transportation, and other benefits to secure compliance.

Civil complaints from 2015 alleged that young models brought from overseas were housed in the building, with visas arranged and rent charged. Emails obtained from the files show that Epstein’s driver was instructed to collect “the girls” from the building and deliver them to Epstein’s townhouse for massages.

The ownership structure of the building, with Mark Epstein controlling a majority of the units, raises questions about his involvement in his brother’s activities. Internal emails reveal Jeffrey Epstein’s close ties to the building, from being informed about available units to renovation and logistics planning.

The building hosted a diverse array of high-profile guests, including former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, theoretical physicist Lawrence Krauss, Harvard professor Martin Nowak, and physician Peter Attia. The apartments were offered as free accommodations to keep these guests in Epstein’s debt.

Renovation documents show systematic upgrades across units, with new kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, and cosmetic updates. Epstein closely monitored the renovations, even approving paint colors and ordering necessary items like space heaters.

Today, 301 E. 66th Street remains a conventional Upper East Side condo building, with no units currently listed for sale. Mark Epstein continues to control a significant portion of the building’s units and remains active in local development disputes.

The newly revealed information paints a disturbing picture of how Epstein used this seemingly ordinary building as a hub for his illicit activities, further highlighting the need for continued investigation into his network of enablers and accomplices.
