NFL star Josh Jacobs has decided to part ways with his lavish Las Vegas mansion, complete with a movie theater and a six-car garage, in a lucrative deal just before the start of the playoffs!
TMZ Sports reports that the Green Bay Packers running back sold the impressive 5,500 square-foot property for $4.7 million, a price that reflects the luxurious amenities it offers.
Built in 2023 and located just minutes away from the renowned Las Vegas Strip, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion was custom-designed by Jacobs himself. After only a single season of living in the property, he decided to sell.
The mansion was initially listed for just under $6 million in 2024 and was eventually sold by James W. Meadows Jr. of BHHS Nevada Properties on New Year’s Eve.
Jacobs, a three-time Pro Bowler who led the NFL in rushing yards in 2022, was originally drafted by the Raiders in 2019 before their move from Oakland to Las Vegas.
Having spent the last two seasons with the Green Bay Packers after signing as a free agent, Jacobs and his team secured the final playoff spot in the NFC. They are set to face the Chicago Bears on Saturday night.
Congratulations to the new homeowners! Perhaps another athlete will seize the opportunity to make this stunning property their own?
