Do you prefer working out in the morning or evening?

I’m definitely a morning workout person! There’s something about kicking off the day with some energy. I enjoy putting on my favorite music and just diving into the workout. Admittedly, I might be the type who checks my phone during the workout, which I can tell annoys my trainer sometimes!

What’s currently playing on your workout playlist?

These days, I often tune into Justin Bieber Radio. It’s packed with hits that keep me motivated!

Have you ever tried workouts that you realized just aren’t for you?

I’ve found that dance workouts are definitely not my thing. I’ve also attempted hot yoga, and to be honest, I just laid down and fell asleep. The vibe just made it too easy for me to doze off!

With so many incredible Olympians in your campaign, is there a sport you believe you could excel in with training?

People might not guess it, but I have a strong soccer background. I played throughout my childhood and while I wouldn’t say I could compete at the Olympics, I have a good knack for it! Back in fourth grade, I even did a project on the decathlon, and if I had to choose a sport now, I think I’d go with something in running. But if I could pick any winter sport, I’d definitely choose skiing—it’s one of my favorites!

What was the most enlightening or unexpected takeaway from working with the athletes in your campaign?

I find it incredibly inspiring to watch these athletes perform. Each of them had their own workout style for the campaign, showcasing their strengths in ways that felt natural to them. It was great to see the diversity in their skills and the confidence they exuded. I really admire women who know exactly what they want and own their choices!
