KPop Demon Hunters’ Rumi and Jinu Set First Interview With Jimmy Fallon

Arden Cho and Ahn Hyo-seop, the talented voice actors behind the characters Rumi and Jinu in the hit series “KPop Demon Hunters,” are set to make their first-ever joint appearance on “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon.” Fans of the show can catch this special episode on Jan. 12 at 11:35 p.m. on NBC, with the episode available for streaming on Peacock the following day. The exciting news of Cho and Hyo-seop’s interview with Fallon was revealed in a teaser video shared by NBC on social media. In the video, a young girl presents Fallon with a drawing of Rumi and Jinu, complete with the actors’ names and the date of the upcoming episode.

This upcoming appearance on “The Tonight Show” marks a significant moment for the stars of “KPop Demon Hunters,” but it is not the first time that the show has been featured on Fallon’s platform. In a previous episode in October, the singing voices behind Rumi (Ejae), Mira (Nuna), and Zoey (Rei Ami) performed the song “Golden” on the show and even joined Fallon for a chat. Originally scheduled to be their first televised appearance and live performance, the trio made a surprise cameo on “Saturday Night Live” hosted by Bad Bunny just days before their scheduled appearance.

In addition to the exciting interview with Cho and Hyo-seop, the Jan. 12 episode of “The Tonight Show” will also feature guests Kristen Wiig and Ashton Kutcher, along with a musical performance by Ty Meyers. The anticipation is high for this star-studded lineup.

“KPop Demon Hunters” made its debut on Netflix on June 20 and quickly became the streaming platform’s most popular English-language film of all time, amassing over 500 million views worldwide. The show has garnered a dedicated fan base and critical acclaim for its unique storyline and captivating characters.
