Leftist Anti-Ice Protestor Points Finger Gun to Threaten Conservative Reporter | The Gateway Pundit | by Margaret Flavin

Journalist Cam Higby encountered significant hostility while reporting on an anti-ICE protest in Chicago. As he attempted to conduct interviews, he was met with a barrage of aggressive chants from the crowd, which included humorous derision, even dubbing him ‘Temu Charlie Kirk’ in a mocking tone.

An individual in the crowd escalated the tension by approaching Higby and mimicking a gun gesture aimed at his neck.

The protestors continued their harassment. At one point, a woman advised him with a thinly veiled threat, saying, “Go home. Please, for your safety, go home.”

Unfazed, Higby pressed on with his reporting.

In a recent discussion at the Antifa roundtable at the White House, Higby shared his experiences with aggressive protestors while criticizing mainstream media for its silence on such violence.

“When I leave my house for work, I’m at risk of violent assault. I’ve had guns drawn on me, been bear-sprayed, physically assaulted, and have come close to death,” he recounted.

Directing his remarks at the media representatives present, he posed a poignant question: “How would you feel if every day you faced masked militants trying to kill you?”

“That’s our reality,” he asserted. “You claim we’re ‘liars’ and downplay the severity of the riots. But I’ve yet to see you on the ground; your companies have no representation there.”

“You come to us for interviews with no intent to publish. Stop calling us liars; we risk our lives daily for the job none of you are brave enough to do.”
