In an interview on “True Crime Arizona,” Luke Daley recounted being pulled over by police, handcuffed without explanation, and detained for hours. He expressed his fear of being framed due to the pressure on law enforcement to solve the case.

Luke reiterated that he had never met Nancy Guthrie and had no involvement in her disappearance. He emphasized his desire for her safe return, just like everyone else.
The Pima County Sheriff’s SWAT unit conducted a raid on Daley’s house on the night of February 13.
Daley accused investigators of pressuring him to make incriminating statements, despite having evidence to prove his innocence.
