Four days after Tucker Carlson publicly announced his departure from supporting the Republican Party, Greene made an announcement of her own. Carlson shared his decision during a June 18 appearance on the Can’t Be Censored podcast, stating, “I’m out. And if I’m out, then I think a lot of other people are out,” reflecting on his 35 years of unwavering support and voting for the GOP.

Carlson expressed frustration, citing poll data that he believes clearly indicates his decision. “There’s no chance I would support the Republican Party,” he stated, describing his current political stance as being without a home.

He clarified that his disillusionment with the Republicans did not equate to support for the Democrats, admitting uncertainty about his future political alignment.

Carlson criticized the Republican Party, questioning the loyalty of any party that prioritizes foreign interests over those of its own citizens.

Both Greene and Carlson have become prominent critics of America’s steadfast backing of Israel during Trump’s administration, while also vocally opposing U.S. involvement in the conflict with Iran.
