Sun’s out, guns out for Noah Beck in Fox’s “Baywatch” Reboot

Noah Beck, the popular TikTok star known for his soccer skills, has been announced as the latest addition to the cast of Fox’s upcoming “Baywatch” reboot. Beck will take on the role of Luke, a rookie lifeguard with a family history in firefighting. Described as a charming SoCal beach boy who excels at saving lives but still has room to grow, Luke will develop a special bond with Hobie, played by Stephen Amell, who serves as his mentor and father figure.

Joining Beck in the ensemble are Jessica Belkin as Charlie Vale, Hassie Harrison as Nat, Thaddeus LaGrone as Brad, and Brooks Nader as Selene. Fans of the original series will also be delighted to see David Chokachi reprising his role as Cody Madison in the reboot.

The highly anticipated “Baywatch” reboot is set to premiere on Fox during the 2026-2027 broadcast season. Showrunner Matt Nix, along with executive producers McG, Michael Berk, Greg Bonann, Doug Schwartz, Dante Di Loreto, and Mike Horowitz, promise to deliver a fresh take on the iconic series that captured audiences worldwide.

Thanks to a generous $21.1 million California state tax incentive, production for the reboot will kick off this spring in Los Angeles, showcasing the picturesque beaches of Venice Beach and the bustling Fox studio lot in Century City. The storyline follows Hobie (Amell) as he navigates his new role as a Baywatch captain, following in the footsteps of his father, Mitch. Things take a dramatic turn when Charlie (Belkin), Hobie’s long-lost daughter, arrives on the scene, eager to join the family tradition.

Earlier this year, Fox held a massive open casting call for aspiring actors to join the “Baywatch” reboot. With over 2,000 hopefuls vying for various roles, the series promises to showcase a diverse and talented ensemble cast.

Noah Beck, known for his roles in “Sidelined” and the upcoming film “Baton,” is set to make a splash in his latest acting endeavor. Represented by UTA, Underscore Talent, and Goodman Genow Schenkman Smelkinson + Christopher, LLP, Beck is poised to captivate audiences with his performance in “Baywatch.”
