Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia, advocates for every company to adopt an OpenClaw strategy, and Nvidia is prepared to assist in this endeavor.

During his GTC keynote on Monday, Huang introduced NemoClaw, an enterprise-grade platform derived from the well-known local AI autonomous agent.

NemoClaw is essentially an enhanced version of OpenClaw, integrating enterprise-level security and privacy features. The platform aims to provide a secure environment where enterprises can easily access and manage AI agents and their data, as stated by the company.

Onstage, Huang posed the question to CEOs: “What’s your OpenClaw strategy?” He emphasized the necessity of such a strategy by drawing parallels to the essential strategies companies have adopted for Linux, HTTP HTML, and Kubernetes, which have driven significant technological advancements. According to him, having an OpenClaw strategy is now essential for every company.

Huang noted that Nvidia collaborated with Peter Steinberger, the creator of OpenClaw, to develop NemoClaw.

Upon release, NemoClaw will allow users to deploy any coding agent or open AI model, including Nvidia’s own NemoTron models. The platform facilitates access to cloud-based models on local devices and is designed to be hardware agnostic, meaning it does not require Nvidia GPUs to operate, and it integrates with Nvidia’s NeMo AI agent software suite.

Currently, Nvidia describes NemoClaw as an early-stage Alpha software. The company advises developers to “expect rough edges” as they work towards a production-ready solution. The focus now is on setting up personal environments, as noted on the company’s website.

In recent months, the development of enterprise AI agent platforms has become increasingly popular in the AI sector.

In February, OpenAI introduced OpenAI Frontier, an open platform designed for enterprises to create and manage AI agents. Additionally, in December, the global research firm Gartner published a report emphasizing the need for governance platforms as crucial infrastructure for enterprises to integrate AI technology. Nvidia has clearly taken this insight to heart.

Huang remarked, “OpenClaw provided exactly what the industry needed at exactly the right time,” comparing its impact to that of Linux, Kubernetes, and HTML, which each arrived at pivotal moments and enabled the industry to leverage open source technology effectively.
